每堂课上完后,我都用专设的评课本叫学生轮流为我评课。这本子不但帮助我在备课时吃透学生一头,促使自己不断改进教学方法,而且还沟通了师生问的情感交流,激发了学生学习的兴趣和热情。评课的内容可以包罗万象,诸如上课步骤、板书设计、课堂气氛、学生反应、作业量的多少等等,甚至还可包括,那些“知识性错误”,一个年份,一个字的读音。评课者每评一节课都写上课题、日期、姓名,面交任课老师。学生把能评课看成是一种荣誉,他们恭恭
After each class, I used a specially-designed textbook to ask students to take turns in my assessment. This book not only helped me to thoroughly understand the students while preparing lessons, and promoted my continuous improvement in teaching methods. It also communicated the emotional communication between teachers and students and inspired students’ interest and enthusiasm for learning. The contents of the assessment can be comprehensive, such as class steps, board design, classroom atmosphere, student response, how much work is done, etc. It can even include those “informative errors”, a year, and a word of pronunciation. The appraisers write the topics, dates, and names for each class. The student sees class evaluation as a kind of honor. They are respectful.
