目前整个民航系统还没有一套较为完善的培训体系,民航企业更是如此。企业每年都有生产计划、安全目标和效益指标,却往往没有系统的培训计划,即使有也往往是流于形式,没有一套完善的规章、标准和制度来保证。很多企业连培训机构都不健全,没有真正把培训重视起来,作为一个体系来抓。本文首先分析面向民航企业需求的培训体系构建的意义,以中国民航大学的实际调研民航企事业单位培训需求相关探索为例,研究面向民航企业需求的培训体系构建问题。
At present, the entire civil aviation system does not have a relatively complete training system, especially for civil aviation enterprises. Every year, enterprises have production plans, safety goals and performance indicators. However, they often do not have systematic training plans. Even if they often have formal training plans, they do not have a set of sound rules, standards and systems to guarantee them. Many companies even training institutions are not perfect, did not really pay attention to training as a system to grasp. This paper first analyzes the significance of constructing a training system for the needs of civil aviation enterprises, and takes the actual investigation of the training needs of civil aviation enterprises and institutions in Civil Aviation University of China as an example to study the construction of a training system for the needs of civil aviation enterprises.
