一种传热系数测定仪是由加热控温系统、数据采集系统、计算机系统和控制系统组成。加热控温系统由可控硅电源和温度控制仪组成;数据采集系统由直流放大板和A/D转换板组成。控制系统用来控制试件测温器的加热、保温。通过计算机控制,可连续测定连铸二冷水和铸坯表面的传热系数及热流密度,并打印计算结果。
