《中国制造2025》提出“质量为先”的基本方针,决定了质量和品牌要贯穿于建设制造强国的整个进程,要成为部署和落实各项任务的出发点和重要内容。质量和品牌是中国制造竞争新优势的重要内涵在经济全球化时代,质量和品牌已经成为制造业乃至国家核心竞争力的象征,代表着国家的信誉和形象。党的十八大提出“要把推动发展的立足点转到提高质量和效益上来,促进形成以技术、品牌、质量、服务为核心的竞争新优势”。
The basic principle of “Made in China 2025” that puts forward “quality first” determines the whole process of quality and brand running through the process of building a manufacturing power and must be the starting point and important content for the deployment and implementation of various tasks. Quality and Brand are Important Connotations of New Competitive Advantage for Manufacturing in China In the era of economic globalization, quality and brand have become the symbol of manufacturing and even the core competitiveness of the country and represent the reputation and image of the country. The 18th CPC National Congress proposed that “we should shift the foothold of promoting development to improving quality and efficiency so as to promote the formation of a new competitive advantage centering on technology, brand, quality and service.”
