用3个不同毒力的小麦白粉菌单孢培养物(Cnlture)——贵白4,16和20号菌,分别接种“白免3号”与其它几个品种杂交后代F_1和F_2的幼苗离体叶段,定单株、分小种接种鉴定和统计。结果表明“白免3号”可能具有两对抗性基因控制对4号和16号小种的抗性。并且不同的品种小种组合下,其基因互作的情况不同,表现不完全一致。
Three different virulent strains of wheat powdery mildew (Cnlture) -Gui Bai 4, 16 and 20 were used to inoculate seedlings of F_1 and F_2 of “Bai-Li-3” and other hybrids Body leaves, orders, subspecies vaccination identification and statistics. The results showed that “White No. 3” may have two resistance genes to control the 4th and 16th race resistance. And under the different breeds racial combination, their gene interaction is different, the performance is not exactly the same.
