已经证明,吡喹酮治疗人体各种血吸虫病有效,但吡喹酮对坦桑尼亚埃及血吸虫病的疗效尚不清楚。本文评价了吡喹酮对这种血吸虫的作用及其疾病指标血尿及蛋白尿的作用。调查在达累斯萨拉姆的Mabibo小学进行,观察对象为232名一至六年级学生。收集10～12小时尿液带回实验室。尿液用直径12mm Nytrel滤器置于13mm Swinner过滤架上过滤。
Praziquantel has been shown to be effective in treating various schistosomiasis in humans, but the efficacy of praziquantel in treating schistosomiasis in Tanzania is unclear. This article evaluated the effect of praziquantel on this schistosome and its role in hematuria and proteinuria. The survey was conducted at Mabibo Elementary School in Dar es Salaam and was observed for 232 students of grades one through six. Collect 10 to 12 hours urine back to the laboratory. Urine was filtered on a 13 mm Swinner filter with a 12 mm Nytrel filter.
