磁流变抛光的一个主要目标是实现超光滑表面的加工,加工不同的材料,实现的超光滑水平不一致,且加工效率也不同。本文采用实验室现有的磁流变抛光设备对不同基底材料的磁流变抛光趋势和抛光表面粗糙度的变化进行了研究,得到了不同材料零件的磁流变抛光表面收敛过程的变化规律,F6玻璃的表面收敛快,而白板玻璃和石英玻璃表面收敛较慢。磁流变抛光效率与玻璃的硬度有直接关系,随着材料硬度的增加,表面去除率减少,抛光效率大大的降低。
Magneto-rheological polishing is a major goal is to achieve ultra-smooth surface of the processing, processing of different materials, to achieve the level of ultra-smooth inconsistency, and the processing efficiency is also different. In this paper, using the existing laboratory MRF polishing equipment for different base material of the MRF polishing trends and polishing surface roughness changes were studied, different materials and parts of the MRF polishing surface convergence process changes, The surface of F6 glass converges quickly, while the white glass and quartz glass surfaces converge more slowly. Magneto-rheological polishing efficiency is directly related to the hardness of the glass, with the increase of the hardness of the material, the surface removal rate is reduced, the polishing efficiency is greatly reduced.
