混凝土施工中,砂的表面含水率的测定是一件烦琐的工作。目前施工现场一般凭经验目估,极少进行含水率的测定试验,造成混凝土配比误差,影响了工程质量。本文介绍一种简便的用量筒来测定砂的表面含水率的方法。使用这种方法,工地技术人员只要购置1只l000mL玻璃量筒、1台感量0.1g、称量1000g以上的托盘天平以及本文提供的诺模图即可进行测定。一、测定原理本法利用已知比重γ的砂水饱和时在水中所占容积不变的性质,推导出以下含水率p(%)的公式。
In concrete construction, the determination of the surface water content of sand is a cumbersome task. At present, the construction site is generally estimated based on experience, and the determination of moisture content is rarely conducted, resulting in concrete mixing error and affecting the quality of the project. This article describes a simple metering cylinder to determine the surface moisture content of sand.
