我县小学教师学习苏联的先进教育经验,已经两年多了。在学习中,很多同志表现了高度的热情,获得了成绩。现在,大家都知道“充分备课,发挥教师的主导作用”了,大家更在实际教学中注意发挥了课文的思想性、科学性、艺术性。但是这次学习还是自发的学习,因此在整个学习过程中,计划性和目的性还不够明确,学习的思想领导也比较薄弱。这样,就使学习还存在着一些消极的不健康的倾向。扫除这些消极的不健康的现象,使整个学习向着积极的健康的方向发展,应当是当前的主要任务。
Primary school teachers in our county have been learning the advanced educational experience of the Soviet Union for more than two years. During the study, many comrades showed great enthusiasm and achieved results. Now, we all know that “full lesson preparation and teacher leadership play a role.” We all even pay more attention to the ideological, scientific and artistic features of the text in the actual teaching. However, this study is still spontaneous learning, so in the entire learning process, the planning and purpose is not clear enough, learning thinking leadership is relatively weak. In this way, there are some negative unhealthy tendencies in learning. To eliminate these negative and unhealthy phenomena so that the entire study is developing in a positive and healthy direction should be the major task now.
