本实验在建立大鼠原位、异位小肠移植模型基础上,观察应用环孢霉素(CsA)或强的松和无免疫抑制剂条件下受体存活、排斥反应情况。正式实验56次,存活超过5d者43只列入存活组,正式实验成功率76.8%。原位小肠移植,术后每天应用环孢霉素15mg/kg组,平均存活时间15.7±4.3d。无兔疫抑制剂组平均存活时间6.4±1.4d,经统计检验,前者明显长于后者(P<0.01)。异位小肠移植,术后每天应用环孢霉素
In this study, the establishment of rat model of ectopic small bowel transplantation, based on the observation of cyclosporine (CsA) or prednisone and no immunosuppressive receptor survival and rejection conditions. Of the 56 formal experiments, 43 survived for more than 5 days were included in the survival group, and the successful rate of formal experiment was 76.8%.
