采用X射线衍射分析技术 ,探讨了六方晶系合金板材弹性模量的计算方法。经不同退火工艺 (850~1 0 50℃ )的合金板材 ,其织构由 { 1 1 2 0 } (1 0 1 0 )转向 { 1 0 1 0 } (0 0 0 1 ) +{ 1 0 1 3}(0 0 0 1 )双重织构 ,对应的轧向弹性模量由 1 0 7 7GPa变为 1 33 2GPa,该结果与实测值相吻合。
X-ray diffraction analysis technique was used to study the calculation method of elastic modulus of hexagonal alloy sheet. The texture of the alloy sheet with different annealing process (850 ~ 1 0 50 ℃) is changed from {1 1 2 0} (1 0 1 0) to {1 0 1 0} (0 0 0 1) + {1 0 1 3} (0 0 0 1) double texture, the corresponding rolling direction of the elastic modulus from 1 0 7 7GPa into 1 33 2GPa, the results and the measured values ?? coincide.
