本文报告我院1982～1985年间178例隐睾症的外科治疗。活检发现6岁以上隐睾者的睾丸有明显组织学变化,因此睾丸固定术必须在6岁前施行。HCG治疗是一重要的辅助治疗,特别适用于睾丸不能扪及者。成人隐睾因其易恶变故强调作睾丸切除。
This article reports 178 cases of cryptorchidism surgical treatment in our hospital from 1982 to 1985. Biopsies revealed significant histological changes in the testis of cryptoplexes older than 6 years, so testicular fixation must be performed before the age of 6 years. HCG treatment is an important adjuvant therapy, especially for those who can not palpable testicles. Cryptorchidism in adults for its easy to make bad orchitis for orchiectomy.
