为更加简便地评判农业装备中人机操作界面的设计质量,研究一种农业装备人机操作界面匹配评价计算方法。建立人机操作界面元件位置与操作人体的定量关联模型,并运用牛顿迭代法进行模型求解,形成一种基于操作姿态的人机操作界面评价计算方法。运用该方法对某农业车辆进行计算,结果表明:该方法可以得到与操作者主观评价相吻合的评价结果,从而让设计人员在不建虚拟模型和进行实际操作测试的情况下了解人机界面的匹配情况,减少设计费用、提升装备设计制造质量。
In order to evaluate the design quality of man-machine interface in agricultural equipment more simply and conveniently, a method to calculate and evaluate the matching evaluation of man-machine interface of agricultural equipment is studied. The quantitative relationship model between human-machine interface and human body is established, and the model is solved by Newton’s iterative method to form a man-machine interface evaluation method based on operational attitude. Using this method to calculate an agricultural vehicle, the results show that the method can get the evaluation result which is consistent with the subjective evaluation of the operator, so that the designer can understand the man-machine interface without constructing the virtual model and performing the actual operation test Match the situation, reduce design costs, enhance the quality of equipment design and manufacturing.
