近年来,中国矿业大学成人教育立足煤炭行业,与多家煤炭企业开展了校企合作“订单式”学生培养工作。在培养过程中,中国矿业大学针对成人教育煤炭专业学生的管理工作进行了探索,并形成了一套行之有效的管理方法。该大学通过查找学生管理方面存在的问题并进行心理分析,采取了细致入微的思想教育工作、加强制度约束、每周学生信息反馈、制定学生安全预案、校企共同参与学生管理、企业领导定期来访等措施,加强了学生的管理,保证了学生学有所成,增长才干。
