皮质下动脉硬化性白质脑病(Bin-swanger,SAE)是一种因高血压动脉硬化所致的深部脑白质病,所见3例,现报告如下。 病史摘要 例1 男性,69岁,既往有高血压病史11年,1月来出现不明原因害怕,“怕公安局抓他去坐牢”,近10余天日趋加重,经常躲藏在亲友的床下不出来,伴有记忆力下降,忘记了自己的出生年月和子女的名字。血压:26/15 kPa,眼底呈动脉硬化征象,双掌颏反射(+),双Hoffmann征(+),脑电图描记显示双额及右颞、顶、枕区中量50～70μV θ活动,
