本试验对满天星试管苗繁殖系统进行了研究.通过茎尖培养、试管苗增殖、生根和移栽.在大田生长发育成正常显蕾开花植株.试管苗增殖以MS+BA~(0.5-1.0)mg/1或MS+BA~0.5mg/l+NAA~0.2mg/1的效果较好;培养在生根培养基表面上的试管苗,其生根效果比插入培养基内的要好,在1/2Ms+IBA~(0.5mg/1)或NAA~(0.5mg)培养基上生根率达87.5%~89.9%.采用改进了的分层基质移栽法可显著提高试管苗的移栽成活率(85.8请下载后查看,本文暂不支持在线获取查看简介。93.4%).半玻璃化苗在培养过程中,有些能逐渐转为正常苗.
