随着中国加入WTO,企业竞争的范围日益扩大。在这样的背景下,要保持我国企业的竞争力,就要使用恰当的薪酬战略,激励并约束员工,吸引到优秀的人才,促进企业总体战略的实现。本文就研究分析了企业薪酬战略的作用和意义以及与企业总体战略的关系。
With China’s accession to the WTO, the scope of business competition has been expanding. In this context, in order to maintain the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises, we must use appropriate remuneration strategy, motivate and constrain employees, attract outstanding talents and promote the realization of the overall corporate strategy. This paper studies and analyzes the role and significance of corporate pay strategy and its relationship with the overall corporate strategy.
