本文介绍了防护林观念的改变，经营思想的转变，概述了三北防护林现有的各种经营模式，并分析了三北防护林在经营上存在的一些问题，同时提出了解决这些问题的对策。
This paper introduces the change of the concept of shelterbelt and the change of business ideas. It also gives an overview of various existing management modes of Shelterbelt in the Three North. It also analyzes some problems existing in the management of the Three North Shelterbelt, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems.
