物资项目管理是电力部门成本控制的重要内容,随着经济体制改革的不断深入和社会主义市场经济的日益发展,物资项目管理正面临着复杂多变的形势。以往传统物资管理采用的手工登记和人工盘点,成本高、统计工作繁琐、易出差错、经济效益较低,不仅对物资管理过程缺乏管控了解,还容易造成监管不力,而且在物料使用统计、历史明细等环节存在局限性,形成被动管理。针对这一系列问题,就需要创新物资管理模式,将先进的数字化技术应用到物资管理之中,提高管理效率和质量,促进电力企业更和谐的发展。为规范和加强物资项目管理,应做到严格控制每一个步骤,从工程材料计划的编制、审批,到材料的领用及仓库材料的盘点、统计和分析,完善物资材料管理,才能进一步加大成本控制,减少材料浪费,提高电力部门经济效益和社会效益。同时,以物资项目管理为平台,通过对材料数据的统计分析,使电力设施巡检、用电稽查、项目管理等工作成为一个新的课题。
