分析我国企业对敏捷制造的需求；提出一种基于ＣＩＭＳ的敏捷制造企业模式，即一种以ＣＩＭＳ为基础，以高素质员工系统为核心，以动态联盟、拟实制造、并行工程为三大支撑体系的敏捷制造企业模式。
This paper analyzes the demand of agile manufacturing in our country and puts forward an agile manufacturing enterprise mode based on CIMS. That is, a kind of agile manufacturing enterprise mode based on CIMS, with high quality staff system as the core, dynamic alliance, realistic manufacturing and concurrent engineering as the three support System of agile manufacturing business model.
