利用动轴轮系的差动特性满足一些冶金、矿山、起重设备的调速要求,全交流差动行星调速是常用的一种方法。这种调速方法就是采用差动行星齿轮减速器配合主辅两台交流电动机实现交流调速,其简图如图1。差动行星齿轮减速器就是在普通减速器里加装一个2K-H行星牙包构成的。这种调速一般可以得到四种不同的速度,从图1看出,主电机单独运转(辅电机轴闸住)减速器输出轴有一种速度,辅电机单独运转(主电机轴闸住)减速机输出
The differential characteristics of the movable-shaft gear train meet the requirements of speed regulation of some metallurgy, mining and lifting equipment. Full-speed AC differential planetary speed regulation is a commonly used method.
