现代社会,科技信息的快速发展要求组织系统随时做出快速反应,在围绕产品、市场、人才、资源的激烈竞争中,组织的前瞻性日益成为竞争的砝码。新的思想、概念、工具层出不穷,要求领导者对决策进行反省,并用开放的态度广泛地学习。与此同时,整个组织也将逐渐向开放的学习型组织转变。有科学家预言,未来的领导,由于变化越来越快,持续的学习和改革将是唯一不变的任务。
In the modern society, the rapid development of science and technology information requires the organization system to make rapid response at any time. In the fierce competition of products, markets, talents and resources, the forward-looking of the organization is increasingly becoming a competitive weight. New ideas, concepts and tools emerge in an endless stream, asking leaders to reflect on their decisions and learn extensively with an open mind.
