内分泌学的进展很大一部分受益于现代免疫学,例如放射免疫测定法的建立,导致肽类激素研究的进展,从而改变了整个内分泌学的面貌。又如血中一些特异性抗体的发现,改变了对一些内分泌疾病的认识。一、免疫学技术在内分泌学中的应用Yalow和Berson第一次提出的放射免疫测定法(RIA)就是应用于内分泌学的。此法的特点是将抗体的特异性和放射活性测定的敏感性相结合。此法已广泛应用;但有许多缺点,主要是因使用放射性物质带来的损害及标记物的不稳定性,因而需寻找其他的标记物。近十年来应用较广的其他标记法是用荧光团标记的荧光免疫测定法和用酶标记的酶免疫测
Much of the advances in endocrinology have benefited from the development of modern immunology, such as radioimmunoassay, which has led to advances in peptide hormone research that have changed the face of endocrinology as a whole. Another example is the discovery of some specific antibodies in the blood, changing the understanding of some endocrine diseases.
