天津港埠三公司7、8泊位卸驳码头于1987年竣工后,因码头前沿线平均向河位移50~60mm,一直不能验收及交付使用。1992年天津港建设公司委托天津港研所,在不损坏码头构件的情况下,做现场整体载荷试验。寻求、探讨和验证已发生较大位移的7、8泊位运行两台M_(10-25)型门机的可能性。通过对码头构件的现状检测、轮压测定沉降位移的观测,及横梁应力和应变测定分析认为:7、8泊位卸驳码头上两台M_(10-25)型门机正常作业,q<10kN/m~2,对修复后的码头构件均无异常变化,属正常运转状态。
After completion of the No.7 and 8-berth jetty terminals in Tianjin Port 3 Company, they were not accepted and delivered for use due to the average river displacement of 50-60 mm to the front of the wharf. In 1992, Tianjin Port Construction Company commissioned the Tianjin Port Research Institute to carry out the overall on-site load test without damaging the wharf components.
