筛选204名健康成人为免疫对象,分为A、B两组,分别接种加热灭活和福尔马林灭活的乙肝血源疫苗。每组选用两种剂量(7μg,14μg),并于首次免疫后T1、T3、T7、T12采血,用Abbott试剂药上测其抗-HBs水平。对加热灭活乙肝血源疫苗进行一年免疫效果对比评价。结果表明:T3抗-HBs阳性率和乙抗-HBs滴度>100mIU/ml者的比例在两种疫苗组之间无显著性差异。T7接种加热灭活乙肝疫苗14μg者的抗-HBs阳性率(96.6%)和抗-HBs滴度>100mIU/ml者的比例(93.2%)显著高于接种福尔马林灭活疫苗者(83.3%和76.2%)。但T12两者之间差异消失。随访期间抗-HBsGMT两疫苗组之间始终无显著差异。初步证实加热灭活乙肝血源疫苗具有良好的免疫原性。
A total of 204 healthy adults were selected as immunized subjects and divided into A and B groups. Heparin vaccine was inoculated with heat-inactivated and formalin-inactivated HepG2 respectively. Two doses (7μg, 14μg) were selected in each group. Blood samples were taken at T1, T3, T7 and T12 after the first immunization. Anti-HBs level was measured with Abbott reagent. Comparison of the effect of one-year immunization on hepatitis B virus Heparin inactivated by heat. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the proportion of positive anti-HBs T3 and anti-HBs titer> 100 mIU / ml between the two vaccine groups. The positive rate of anti-HBs (96.6%) and anti-HBs titer> 100mIU / ml (93.2%) in T7 vaccinated with heat-inactivated hepatitis B vaccine were significantly higher than those inoculated with formalin Vaccines (83.3% and 76.2%). But the difference between T12 disappears. There was no significant difference between the two anti-HBsGMT vaccine groups during follow-up. Preliminary confirmed heat-inactivated hepatitis B vaccine has good immunogenicity.
