目的 探索超声波治疗在脑梗死后偏瘫的地位和作用。方法 应用 SUT－ 100型多功能超声扫描脑血管治疗仪对 92例患者脑部作超声波治疗，对瘫痪肌肉作电生理刺激治疗。结果 总有效率为 58.7％，年龄愈轻、病程愈短、疗程愈多者疗效愈好。结论 超声波治疗为脑梗死后偏瘫康复治疗的措施之一。
Objective To explore the role and status of ultrasonic treatment for hemiplegia after cerebral infarction. Methods Ultrasound treatment of brain in 92 patients with SUT-100 multi-function ultrasound scanning cerebral vascular therapeutic apparatus was used to make electrophysiological stimulation of paralyzed muscle. Results The total effective rate was 58.7%. The younger the patient, the shorter the course of the disease, the more treatment more effective. Conclusion Ultrasound treatment is one of the measures of hemiplegia rehabilitation after cerebral infarction.
