目的:研究苍术挥发油中两个主要成分β-桉叶油醇和茅术醇的分离方法,为研究麸炒对苍术挥发油的影响提供对照品。方法:采用硅胶、硝酸银硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,采用核磁共振(1 H-NMR、13 C-NMR)对其进行结构鉴定。结果:从苍术药材中分离得到β-桉叶油醇、茅术醇作为对照品。结论:对于β-桉叶油醇、茅术醇所建立的分离、纯化方法简便可行。
OBJECTIVE: To study the separation method of β-eucalyptol and oleanolicol, the two major components in the volatile oil of herb, and to provide a reference substance for studying the influence of bran on the volatile oil of herb. Methods: Silica gel, silver nitrate silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography were used for the isolation and purification. Their structures were confirmed by 1 H-NMR and 13 C-NMR. Results: β-Eucalyptol and oleoyl alcohol were isolated from the herbs of Atractylodes. Conclusion: For β-eucalyptol, the separation and purification methods of artesunate are simple and feasible.
