我是一名有21年党龄的中共党员,现遇到从未有过的不能按期过组织生活的苦恼。我们支部是乡机关支部,由乡政府机关和乡属兽防站两个单位组成。有党员22人,其中预备党员3人。乡机关支部理应成为全乡各支部的楷模,但事实恰恰相反。我所在的乡机关支部长期不开展支部活动。自1993年换届以来,支部(支委3人均系乡纪委委员,支书由乡纪委书记兼任)很少召开会议,托词较多。尤其1994年更糟,只在6月份开了一次事务性的支部会(第一次通知了开会时间支书不到会)。如此情况,党委主要领导也不怎么过问。加强党员的教育管理,开展好支部活动是必不可少的主要形式之一。我很担心,作为一级基层领导机关的党支部如此涣散下去,实在不可思议…… I am a member of the Communist Party of China that has 21 years of party time and I am experiencing an unprecedented degree of distress that can not lead an organized life. Our branch is the branch office of township government, and consists of two units of the township government office and township bestial guard station. There are 22 party members, including 3 reserve members. Township branch offices should become a model for the township branches, but the fact is exactly the opposite. In such a situation, the main leaders of party committees do not ask too much. Strengthening party members’ education and management and carrying out good branch activities are one of the most important forms. I am very worried that it is inconceivable that the party branch, as a leading organ at the grass-roots level, should be dissipated.
