冶金系统的电气机组受到外界环境干扰大,输出电压具有时变性和非线性,传统控制方法难以获得高准确度的控制效果,为此提出一种改进粒子群算法优化PID的冶金控制策略。首先分析当前冶金系统的电气机组PID控制参数存在的不足;然后采用粒子群算法对电气机组PID控制参数进行求解,并针对标准粒子群算法的不足进行相应改进;最后采用仿真对比实验测试改进粒子群算法优化PID的优越性。实验结果表明,改进粒子群算法优化PID冶金电气控制系统控制准确度高,抗干扰能力强,具有较快的响应速度。
Metallurgical system of the electrical unit by the external environment interference, the output voltage with time-varying and nonlinear, the traditional control method is difficult to obtain high-accuracy control effect, this paper proposes an improved particle swarm optimization of PID metallurgical control strategy. First of all, the insufficiency of current PID control parameters of the electrical unit in the metallurgical system is analyzed. Then the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the PID control parameters of the electrical unit, and corresponding improvements are made to the deficiencies of the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm. The experimental results show that the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm optimizes the PID metallurgical electrical control system with high control accuracy, strong anti-interference ability and fast response speed.
