为解决粉状全硅分子筛(Silicalite-1)在使用过程中难以分离的问题,提出在全硅分子筛中引入不同含量的超顺磁性物质,通过水热合成法制得磁性全硅分子筛。采用红外光谱仪(FT-IR),振动样品磁强计(VSM),X射线衍射仪(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),透射电子显微镜(TEM),氮气吸附-脱附等对样品进行了表征,结果表明:所制备的磁性全硅分子筛颗粒具有明显超顺磁性,呈立方体,分布均匀,颗粒直径约为500 nm,磁回收率可达到88.9%以上。全硅分子筛和磁性全硅分子筛对乙醇-水吸附性能研究表明,乙醇的最大饱和吸附量分别为336.6 mg/g和246.8 mg/g,可多次重复使用。
In order to solve the problem that Silicalite-1 is hard to be separated during the process of using, all the superparamagnetic materials with different contents were introduced into all-silicon molecular sieves and the magnetic all-silicon molecular sieves were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis. The samples were characterized by FT-IR, VSM, XRD, SEM, TEM, N2 adsorption-desorption The results show that the prepared particles are obviously superparamagnetic and have a cubic distribution with a particle diameter of about 500 nm and a magnetic recovery of over 88.9%. Studies on the adsorption properties of ethanol-water on all-silica and all-silicon molecular sieves show that the maximum saturated adsorption capacity of ethanol is 336.6 mg / g and 246.8 mg / g respectively, which can be reused repeatedly.
