苏联黑色冶金原料基地主要是急倾斜含铁石英岩矿床。这类矿床的露天开采目前已进行到250～350m深度,根据已批准的技术设计,将来露天开采可达到520～700m极限深度。深部露天矿的开采经验表明,矿山工程不断降深会减小开拓台阶与采准台阶的长度,增加剥离水平的数目,并且大大延长往地表运输矿岩的距离。
The Soviet black metallurgical raw material base is mainly steep iron bearing quartzite deposits. Open-pit mining of these deposits has been carried out to a depth of 250-350m. According to the approved technical design, the open pit mining can reach the ultimate depth of 520-700m in the future. Deep open pit mining experience shows that the deepening of mining projects will reduce the length of steps to open up and take steps to increase the number of levels of stripping and greatly extend the distance to surface transport of ore.
