为了探讨结核菌对心血管组织的感染情况及病理损害程度,采用 H37 Rv 结核菌感染 C57 B L/6 N 系小鼠和家兔,制成急性结核感染动物模型。组织用 H E、 Z N、 M C T 和 B C G S P染色,超薄切片用醋酸铀和枸橼酸铅染色,光镜和电镜观察心血管组织的病理改变。结果显示:结核菌存在于心血管组织中。肌纤维、心包和血管同样存在着不同的病理损害。肌纤维和心包的损害重于血管,表明结核菌的毒素能够损害感染动物的组织,结核菌本身的过度繁殖也可能是损害感染组织的一个因素。
In order to investigate the infection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to cardiovascular tissue and the degree of pathological damage, C37 B L / 6 N mice and rabbits were infected with H37 Rv tuberculosis to make acute tuberculosis infection animal model. Tissues were stained with H E, ZN, M C T and B C G SP. Ultrathin sections were stained with uranyl acetate and lead citrate. Pathological changes of the cardiovascular tissues were observed under light and electron microscopes. The results showed that: Mycobacterium tuberculosis exists in cardiovascular tissue. Muscle fibers, pericardium and blood vessels also have different pathological lesions. Myofibers and pericardium are more damaged than blood vessels, suggesting that mycotoxins of Mycobacterium tuberculosis can damage the tissues of infected animals. Overproduction of Mycobacterium tuberculosis itself may also be a factor that damages infected tissues.
