借助SWOT分析方法从优势、劣势、机遇和挑战四个维度对大冬会赛后场地经营管理进行分析研究,结果认为优势在于自然环境及大量潜在滑雪者客源能为高山滑雪场地经营带来巨大发展动力,劣势在于管理模式落后,滑雪培训指导员素质较低,服务意识较差等现象。大冬会赛后提高城市知名度并打造了高山滑雪旅游品牌,带来更多发展机遇。而国内同行业在硬件和软件升级之后形成竞争局势,面临国外高质量服务、提供舒适滑雪环境及专业指导的挑战。
With SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes and studies the venue management after the Winter Olympics from the four dimensions of advantage, disadvantage, opportunity and challenge. The result shows that the advantage is that the natural environment and a large number of potential skiers can bring huge business to the alpine skiing area Development momentum, the disadvantage is the backward management mode, lower quality ski instructor, poor service awareness and so on. After the winter games to improve the city’s reputation and create a skiing tourism brand, bringing more opportunities for development. The same industry in the domestic hardware and software upgrades to form a competitive situation, facing high-quality foreign service to provide a comfortable skiing environment and professional guidance of the challenge.
