单克隆抗体32.2(MC32.2)是人单核细胞表面高亲和性IgG Fc段受体(FcgRI)的特异性抗体。作者从产生这种抗体的杂交瘤细胞中以流动细胞计数器选择出稳定表达大量32.2Ig的细胞(HC32.2)作为靶细胞,利用~(51)Cr释放测定单核细胞介导的细胞毒作用。结果表明单核细胞能有效地杀伤HC32.2。
Monoclonal antibody 32.2 (MC32.2) is a specific antibody to human monocyte surface high affinity IgG Fc segment receptor (FcgRI). The authors selected a large number of 32.2 IgG-expressing cells (HC32.2) as target cells from a hybridoma cell producing such an antibody using a flow cytometer and monocyte-mediated cytotoxicity using ~ (51) Cr release . The results show that monocytes can effectively kill HC32.2.
