一、前言 3000系合金板作为加工材料,已被广泛应用。但是关于3000系合金板的成型极限曲线(FLC)[1.2],过去发表的文献并不太多。根据成型极限曲线对成型性的评价,特别适用于对胀形成型范围的研究。此外,由于弄清变形过程而引起的成型极限曲线的变化,从而可以用来改善成型工序。本研究的目的是确定3003—0、3003—H24及3004—0、3004—H24合金板的成型极限曲线,以及进一步弄清不同的变形过程给成型极限曲线带来怎样的变化。从而获得改善3000系合金板成型性及成型工序的新见解。
First, the preface 3000 alloy plate as a processing material, has been widely used. However, there is not much published literature on the forming limit curve (FLC) of 3000 series alloy plates [1.2]. According to the forming limit curve on the formability evaluation, especially suitable for bulging forming range of research. In addition, the change in the forming limit curve due to the clarification of the deformation process can be used to improve the molding process. The purpose of this study was to determine the forming limit curves for the 3003-0, 3003-H24 and 3004-0,3004-H24 alloy plates and to further understand how the different deformation processes contribute to the forming limit curve. Thereby obtaining new ideas for improving the formability and forming process of the 3000-series alloy sheet.
