为了得到CAP1400堆型主泵在提速升温过程中最高限制转速的设定方法,结合泵的第三相似定律和量纲分析,推导出轴向力和功率均不超过正常工作点的转速设定方法。参照主泵正常工作下的参数,求得AP1000和CAP1400主泵在启动过程中的最高转速设定值,其中AP1000主泵的计算值为87.5%n_0,略低于实际运行的设定值88%n_0。采用实验验证的数值计算方法对自主设计的主泵水力模型在不同设定方法下的轴向力和径向力进行计算。结果表明:参照轴向力的设定方法计算得到的轴向力小于正常工作值,与理论结果相符。
In order to get the setting method of the maximum speed limit of CAP1400 reactor in the process of speed increasing and temperature increasing, combined with the third similarity law and dimensional analysis of the pump, the speed setting method that axial force and power do not exceed the normal operating point . With reference to the parameters of the main pump under normal operation, the maximum speed setting values of the AP1000 and CAP1400 main pumps during startup are obtained, wherein the calculated value of the AP1000 main pump is 87.5% n_0, slightly lower than the set value of the actual operation of 88% n_0. The axial force and radial force of the self-designed hydraulic model of the main pump under different setting methods are calculated by the experimental verification numerical calculation method. The results show that the axial force calculated with reference to the setting method of axial force is smaller than the normal working value, which is in agreement with the theoretical result.
