炔诺酮肟(NETO)为抗着床新药,但其生殖毒性的研究未见报道。本实验旨在阐明其抗着床阈下剂量对大鼠动情周期、交配行为、受孕率及胚胎形成和发育的影响。 成熟Sprague—Dawley?大鼠80只,分为4组。连续ig14d后与?鼠交配,再于妊娠d22解剖。结果表明,NETO高剂量组(0.1mg/kg·d)动物着床率、着床鼠平均胚胎数及平均活胎数均显著低于对照组(p<0.05);但在同一剂量下,NETO对母鼠体重、动情周期和交配行为无明显影响,亦无致畸胎作用;说明
Norethindrone oxime (NETO) is an anti-implantation new drug, but its reproductive toxicity has not been reported. The purpose of this experiment was to elucidate the effects of sub-threshold dose on the estrous cycle, mating behavior, pregnancy rate and embryogenesis and development in rats. Eighty mature Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into four groups. After continuous ig14d mouse mating, and then d22 pregnancy dissection. The results showed that the implantation rate, average number of embryos and average number of live fetus in NETO high-dose group (0.1mg / kg · d) were significantly lower than those in control group (p <0.05) No significant effect on body weight, estrous cycle and mating behavior, nor teratogenic effect
