以聚丙烯腈纤维(PAN)为原料,化学改性制得含有偕胺肟基团的螯合纤维(AOCF),使其与纳米硫化银反应,制得标题化合物。运用扫描电镜(SEM)及X-衍射能谱仪(EDX)对样品进行了相应的表征,并研究纤维对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌性能。结果表明,在纤维表面生成了纳米硫化银,0.1 g的nano-Ag2S/AOCF对大肠杆菌的抑菌能力与0.5万单位的青霉素相当,而对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌能力与1.0万单位的青霉素相当。
Using polyacrylonitrile fiber (PAN) as raw material, chelating fiber (AOCF) containing amidoxime group is chemically modified to react with nano silver sulfide to obtain the title compound. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (EDX), and the bacteriostasis of fiber against Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis was studied. The results showed that nanosized silver sulfide was formed on the surface of the fiber. The antibacterial activity of 0.1 g nano-Ag2S / AOCF against Escherichia coli was equivalent to that of E.coli with 0.5 million units. The bacteriostasis ability of Bacillus subtilis with 10 000 units of penicillin quite.
