钢筋气压焊接技术在国内的应用时间虽然很短,但其节省钢筋、降低工程造价的优点得到了使用单位的公认。越来越多的施工单位采用了这一技术。许多建筑机械生产厂家争相研制能够满足工艺要求的气压焊接机具。钢筋气压焊接的工艺要求是:在接头端面温度达到1250℃时,施以35~40MPa的轴向压力,以达到直径蹾粗、原子渗透、结构位错,牢固结为一体的目的。也就是说,钢筋夹紧后,在承受40MPa的轴向压力时,不应产生松动或滑动,而这个力量只能依靠钢筋和夹具之间的
Although the application time of steel bar pressure welding technology in China is very short, its advantage of saving steel bars and reducing engineering cost has been recognized by the use unit. More and more construction companies have adopted this technology. Many construction machinery manufacturers are rushing to develop pneumatic welding equipment that can meet the process requirements. The technical requirement of the bar pressure welding is: When the end face temperature of the joint reaches 1250°C, the axial pressure of 35-40 MPa is applied to achieve the goal of upsetting of diameter, atomic permeation, structural dislocation, and firm knot. In other words, after the steel bar is clamped, when it is subjected to an axial pressure of 40 MPa, no loosening or sliding should occur, and this force can only rely on the connection between the steel bar and the clamp.
