为探讨高压氧治疗糖尿病神经源膀胱的效果,选择糖尿病神经源性膀胱48例,疗效满意,报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:2007年1月至2009年1月住院的48例2型糖尿病患者,其中男性26例,女性22例;年龄40～65岁,平均55.7岁;病程10～27年,糖化血红蛋白为6.9%～19.3%,其中22例合并糖尿病周围神经病变,8例合并糖尿病肾病,6例合并糖尿病视网膜病变,12例合并泌尿系感染。
