目的探讨脑血栓形成患者梗塞体积及神经功能评分与血糖、血脂、纤维蛋白原及ox-LDL的关系。方法检测93例患者ox-LDL、血糖、血脂(包括TC、TG、LDL、HDL)及纤维蛋白原水平。结果 (1)梗死灶体积增大,TC值、Fg值和ox-LDL值均增大,与梗死灶体积呈正相关;而HDL随梗死体积增大逐渐降低,但差异不明显;(2)神经功能评分越高,ox-LDL值越高。结论 TC和Fg水平与患者的梗死体积呈正相关;ox-LDL可能是脑梗死患者的独立危险因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between infarct volume, neurological score and blood glucose, blood lipids, fibrinogen and ox-LDL in patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods The levels of ox-LDL, blood glucose, blood lipids (including TC, TG, LDL, HDL) and fibrinogen in 93 patients were detected. Results (1) The volume of infarction increased, TC value, Fg value and ox-LDL value increased, which was positively correlated with infarct volume. HDL decreased gradually with the increase of infarct volume, but the difference was not obvious. (2) The higher the functional score, the higher the ox-LDL value. Conclusion The levels of TC and Fg are positively correlated with the infarct volume of patients. Ox-LDL may be an independent risk factor for patients with cerebral infarction.
