本文详细介绍了两种紧凑排列的叉排螺旋型紫铜轧制翅片管簇的试验研究,导出了努谢尔特数Nu、欧拉数Eu与雷诺数Re的经验关系式。试验表明:这两种翅片管与钢管绕L型铝翅片管簇相比,在泵功率相同的条件下,对于大直径管(FQ11.01)单位面积的传热量提高1.12倍,单位体积的传热面积提高2倍;对于小直径管(FQ11.02)单位面积的传热量提高1.81倍,单位体积的传热面积提高3.91倍;采用FQ11.01的DA 350空压机中冷器的传热效率可达88%。
In this paper, the experimental research on two compactly arranged fork-row spiral copper rolled finned tube clusters is introduced in detail. The empirical relationship between Nussure number Nu, Euler number Eu and Reynolds number Re is derived.
