1研讨背景为了准确地了解一线教师的教学和工作状态,更好地服务于一线教师,同时也是履行研训教师的工作职责,增强工作的针对性和实效性,笔者所在学院制定了“沉浸周”工作方案。根据学院“沉浸周”工作方案,数学学科组选择了一所农村学校进行“沉浸周”。下校前,我们与该校的教师作了沟通,根据数学学科教师的要求制定了工作预案。在实际工作中我们对预案做了适度的调整。“沉浸周”具体工作分为跟踪教师的课堂教学、点对点的教学研究、专题研讨
