对不同剂量~(60)Co γ射线诱发的小鼠精子染色体畸变进行了研究,并对同剂量组骨髓细胞染色体畸变率进行了比较。结果表明,γ射线能诱发精子染色体产生畸变,随着射线剂量增加,精子染色体畸变率也相应增加,两者之间存在明显的线性关系,将同剂量组精子染色体畸变与骨髓细胞染色体畸变比较发现,精子染色体畸变率及易位率均明显高于骨髓细胞,统计学上有显著差异。
Chromosomal aberrations in mice induced by different doses of ~ (60) Co γ-rays were studied, and the chromosome aberration rates of bone marrow cells in the same dosage group were compared. The results showed that γ ray could induce the aberration of sperm chromosome. With the increase of radiation dose, the chromosome aberration rate of sperm also increased correspondingly. There was a clear linear relationship between the two. The comparison of the chromosomal aberration of sperm with that of bone marrow in the same dosage group , Sperm chromosome aberration rate and translocation rate were significantly higher than bone marrow cells, statistically significant differences.
