本文采用Aspen Plus模拟别对软件分顺序精馏和连续侧线精馏精制N,N-二甲基苯胺和提取甲醇的工艺进行模拟计算,考察塔板数、原料进料位置、侧线出料位置、回流比及出料比等因素对这两种精馏分离效果的影响,并通过正交试验优化分离过程条件,确定最佳操作参数;在优化条件下,比较两种方案对精制N,N-二甲基苯胺和提取甲醇的效果及能耗的影响,确定最佳的分离方案,在优化条件下,N,N-二甲基苯胺的质量含量达99.15%,收率达99.76%;甲醇质量含量达99.87%,收率达99.98%。
In this paper, we simulate the process of fractionating and continuous side rectification of N, N-dimethylaniline and extracting methanol by Aspen Plus simulation.
