目的建立可行的陕西产葛根高效液相(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法实验采用phenomenex Onyx Monolithic C18100×4.6mm,以0.1%冰醋酸水溶液-乙腈为流动相进行二元泵梯度洗脱,流速为3.0m L/min,检测波长为260nm。结果建立HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,16批陕西产葛根药材质量有较好的相似性,非共有峰面积小于10%,相似度大于0.9。结论该方法准确可靠、重复性好,可以作为陕西产葛根药材的鉴别和质量控制依据。
Objective To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Pueraria lobata in Shaanxi Province. Methods The experiment was carried out with a binary gradient elution gradient of phenomenex Onyx Monolithic C18 100 × 4.6 mm with 0.1% acetic acid in water and acetonitrile as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 3.0 m L / min and the detection wavelength was 260 nm. Results The HPLC fingerprinting pattern was established. The quality of 16 Chinese medicinal materials, Pueraria lobata, had a good similarity. The non-common peak area was less than 10% and the similarity was greater than 0.9. Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can be used as the basis for identification and quality control of Pueraria lobata in Shaanxi Province.
