Objective To observe and analyze the clinical significance of microRNAs in the clinical diagnosis of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods Thirty-nine patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted in our hospital from June 2013 to December 2014 were selected as experimental subjects and 39 healthy subjects were selected for physical examination in our hospital as the control group. Predict the significance of microRNAs. Results The expression of mi RNA in the sera of two groups of patients was detected by q RT-PCR. The results showed that the expression levels of four miRNAs in the sera of the test group were significantly higher than those of the normal healthy group, with significant difference (P <0.01). Further analysis of the association with clinical parameters in the trial group found that mi R-155-5p and mi R-150-5p were positively correlated with e GFR but negatively correlated with urinary protein excretion (P <0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of patients with diabetic nephropathy, the use of microRNAs accurately diagnose the severity of the patient’s condition, early diagnosis of high value, should be widely promoted.
