采用广角X射线衍射法和差示扫描量热法分析高冲击强度聚丙(烯HIPP)的结晶性能,采用偏光显微镜观察球晶生长过程,并且对其力学性能进行分析。结果表明:加入α-成核剂后,HIPP的结晶速率明显提高,晶粒尺寸变小,结晶度提高,结晶温度和熔融温度明显提高;添加少量的α-成核剂就可使HIPP的弯曲强度和弯曲模量大幅度提高同,时拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度也略有提高。
The crystal properties of polypropylene (HIPP) with high impact strength were analyzed by wide angle X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry. The growth of spherulites was observed by polarized light microscope and the mechanical properties were analyzed. The results show that the addition of α-nucleating agent increases the crystallization rate and the crystallinity of HIPP obviously. The crystallization temperature and melting temperature increase obviously. The addition of a small amount of α-nucleating agent can make HIPP bend Strength and flexural modulus increased substantially the same, when the tensile strength and notched impact strength is also slightly increased.
