为确保低放废水处理设施的安全,采取了一系列安全措施。1)将设备布局优化和局部加固。2)对处理对象的放射性总活度、酸根离子等进行了限定。3)为保证放射性废水暂存、输送、处理和排放过程安全,从废水储罐、特排管道、自动化控制、报警、安全联锁等方面进行了优化设计。4)为保证人员安全,从辐射分区、送排风、出入控制、辐射监测和辐射屏蔽等方面进行了设计。5)为防止无关人员误入或入侵,设计了门禁控制、入侵报警和视频监控等系统。该低放废水处理设施符合国家标准,目前已完成了设计、加工制造、安装、调试和验收。
To ensure the safety of low-level wastewater treatment facilities, a series of safety measures have been taken. 1) The device layout optimization and local reinforcement. 2) The total radioactivity of the treated object, acid ions and the like are limited. 3) In order to ensure the temporary storage, transportation, treatment and emission of radioactive waste water, the optimized design is carried out in the aspects of wastewater storage tanks, special drainage pipelines, automatic control, alarm and safety interlocking. 4) In order to ensure the safety of personnel, the design is carried out from the aspects of radiation zoning, air supply and discharge, access control, radiation monitoring and radiation shielding. 5) In order to prevent any inadvertent personnel from entering or invaded, we designed access control system, intrusion alarm system and video monitoring system. The low-waste water treatment facilities in line with national standards, has now completed the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and acceptance.
