采用弧度仪测量冰刀弧形具有方便,快捷等优点.对基于弧度仪的冰刀弧形测量与重构方法进行了深入研究,在弧形重构时对比了小弧段切触法,作者提出了基于曲率插值与拟合的迭代重构方法,后者明显优于前者.由于迭代重构得到的冰刀弧形是由大量的型值点表达,故探究了型值点集的圆弧样条拟合方法,对影响拟合误差的圆弧样条参数进行了理论分析和推导,得到了这些参数的调整方法.采用该拟合算法,大幅度地简化了迭代重构得到的冰刀弧形表达,极大地方便了冰刀弧形的描述与加工.上述成果在作者开发的数控冰刀弧形重构系统中得到了应用.
